How to use the CANNI UV / LED Color Gel Polish? 1. Wash hands, wipe nails dry and remove cuticles. 2. Apply CANNI Pre hydrator to remove oil from the nail surface and CANNI Primer to prep and cleanse the nail bed. Air dry. 3. Brush a thin layer of CANNI base coat, curing 2 minutes by UV lamp.
